1st Shift Document Control Clerk   General Summary Enters all manufacturing production.  Enters scrap for injection and paint zones.  Supports inventory accuracy measures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES         * Review, identify errors and confirm corrections on Daily Production Reports with advisors and others on a daily basis. * Input production and scrap numbers into Oracle Applications database system. * Make sure that Oracle production entry is correct and fully into Oracle with audit report. * Complete inventory accuracy measures and support cycle counting. * Update tracking spreadsheets for various lines daily. * Keep track of all Daily Production Reports received daily for end of month final figures. * Print monthly paperwork from MQ1 for manufacturing lines. * Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department and company plan. ABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED * Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines on time * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work load without constant supervision * Ability to work well with others * Extremely organized and detail oriented * Solid computer and keyboarding skills * Basic math skills   SKILLS PREFERRED * Oracle experience * MQ1 experience MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION & TRAINING REQUIRED * A high school diploma or equivalent * One year data entry experience * Excel software experience Qualifications * A high school diploma or equivalent * One year data entry experience * Excel software experience
