Description Join our fast pace manufacturing team! We are looking for a skilled, detailed oriented Machine Operator to support our bottling production operations. In this role, you will be set up, operate, and maintain automated filler and filtration equipment, perform routine quality checks, and ensure all sanitation and housekeeping standards are met. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate and monitor automated filler and filtering equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe work area, including equipment sanitation Follow written instructions, SOPs and safety guidelines Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives Requirements Technical Requirements – Education, Areas of Knowledge and Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with basic tools Solid problem - solving skills Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, decimals) Ability to read, understand and write clear instructions and documentation Behavioral Requirements - Personal Skills and Competencies: Ownership – takes initiative to bring about positive results Teamwork and Collaboration – respectful and works well with others to achieve a goal Flexibility – ability and willingness to adjust to the situation Attention to Detail – thoroughness and accuracy in performing job duties and responsibilities Reliable – consistently good in quality of performance, able to be trusted Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
