Employment Type: Full-Time, temporary Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm Openings: 2 Location: New Hudson, MI About the Role We are urgently hiring Finishing Operators to support increased production needs. The team is working to build inventory ahead of an upcoming facility move, and project timelines have been extended through mid-February (date subject to change). This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. If you enjoy hands-on work, assembling small parts, and being part of a fast-paced production team, this may be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Assemble and finish small parts Use bending fixtures, presses, and hand tools Perform quality checks on production parts Complete basic transactions using RF scanners Replace labels/ribbons on label makers Lubricate equipment as needed Use basic quality gauges Meet production goals and timelines Complete required documentation and follow work instructions Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Overtime availability Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Team-oriented and dependable with strong attendance Experience using RF scanners Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Preferred Experience 1–3 years in manufacturing Strong communication skills Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and use of hands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally Various vision abilities including close and distance focus Work Environment Moderate to loud noise Exposure to weather changes, moving equipment, vibration, fumes, and chemicals Occasional work in elevated or tight spaces
