Job Overview Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for Forklift Driver for the following work schedule: Hours: 10 hours daily, from 5AM to 3:30 PM Days: Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Compensation details: Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour: Available Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment Benefits offered: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan 4% profit sharing Paid vacation Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.A Day In The Life Possess prior forklift operating experience Conduct inspections on the forklift to ensure it is functioning correctly Be capable of performing Bin Filling tasks Retrieve customer orders Collaborate effectively with team members Possess strong communication skills Be physically able to lift and inspect products manually when a hoist is not required What will help you thrive in this role?
