Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday What You’ll Be Doing: Perform routine cycle counts and independently reconcile inventory variances Accurately document inventory movement and transactions in our ERP system Ensure materials are stocked in the correct locations Investigate and report inventory discrepancies as they arise Review and check your own work to ensure data accuracy Partner with the Inventory Control Lead and broader team to achieve department goals What We’re Looking For: Previous experience with inventory in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Understanding of inventory reconciliation and cycle counting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus Transferable Skills & Traits (from Production roles): Attention to Detail: Reading work orders and following procedures translates directly to inventory accuracy. Materials Flow Knowledge: Understanding how materials move on the floor helps with tracking and stocking. Organization: Keeping areas clean and organized supports efficient and accurate inventory processes. Time Management: Staying on task and meeting goals translates well to managing cycle count schedules. Problem-Solving: Identifying material issues in production supports quick resolution of inventory discrepancies. Communication: Interacting with leads and teammates mirrors the collaboration needed in inventory. Process Adherence: Following SOPs on the floor aligns with standard inventory procedures.
