Responsibilities

The supervisor is responsible for ensuring all janitorial services meet established standards and are completed in a timely manner, which includes performing quality control checks using scorecards. Duties also involve accurately tracking and ordering client consumables inventory and professionally communicating with team members, management, and customers.
