We are seeking a dependable worker that can work well on their own to clean our customer's office and warehouse facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates. Company: ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC Location: Fairless Hills, PA Position: 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor * Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm (Some Weekends May be Required) Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly Rate to start WEEKLY PAY * Access to Benefits Requirements: * Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License Duties include: * Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner * Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards * Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory * Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers * Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict * CAN TAKE DIRECTION * Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time Apply now for immediately consideration!
