Responsible for ensuring all equipment and machinery is in good working condition. Also responsible for overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance are all completed while following all company policies & processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees work of assigned maintenance team employees. Addresses minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to the maintenance manager/Senior Maintenance Supervisor. Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new maintenance team members. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Works with the maintenance manager/Senior Maintenance Supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments. Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience. Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes. Works with the maintenance manager/Senior Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate topics for safety meetings. Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience required. Must be proficient in: welding, cutting, fabrication, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills are also required. Skills: Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and or Google Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills Highly motivated, good attitude, ability to complete tasks in a satisfactory and timely manner,
