We’re looking for a Mental Health Technician to join our operations team, who wants to make a real difference while working in a meaningful, mission-driven environment. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be the steady presence during vulnerable moments and the first warm welcome for clients taking courageous steps toward recovery! Schedule: Some weekend and holiday availability required. * 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm What You'll Do: * Provide transportation to clients on an individual and group level, including to appointments, to/from the airport, and group outings. * Complete the intake process when clients arrive to treatment (including going through consent forms, giving a facility tour, and answering questions). * Conduct routine vitals and wellness checks and document client progress. * Be a calm, compassionate presence in emergencies or moments of need. * Participate in group activities and client engagement when appropriate. What You Bring: * A high school diploma or GED (required), and at least 18 years old. * A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * CPR & First Aid certified—or willing to get certified. * Experience or strong interest in addiction recovery or human services. * The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. * A passion for helping others heal!
