Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, team-focused environment Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all GMP requirements Review production schedules to prepare equipment setup and cleaning Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently Ensure proper coding, setup, and operation of all packaging equipment Inspect wrappers, conveyors, and equipment for optimal performance Identify and implement waste reduction opportunities Complete daily logs and required documentation accurately Monitor equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) as required Maintain and manage equipment setup, storage, and program updates Support packaging line efficiency and maintain established speeds Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development on new products Assist in training new Set-Up Mechanics Communicate effectively with supervisors and line mechanics Experience Required Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging Education High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance) Exposure to dust, humidity, and temperature variations Reasonable accommodations available as needed
