Description

Manufacturing Production Associate -1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) * Operate equipment along the production line to maintain workflow. * Pull and prepare parts for jobs. * Fill in for absent team members when required. * Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. * Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices. * Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment. * Strong attendance record. * Previous production experience is a plus. Education Requirements: * High school diploma or GED. Physical/Mental Requirements: * Full body mobility and good eyesight. * Strong hand-eye coordination. * Constant alertness and attention to detail. * Tolerance for exposure to some odors. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Ability to stand full shift

Responsibilities
