H2Stamping USA LLC is a rapidly growing, international supplier of high-precision stamping, molding, tooling, and assemblies. We primarily deliver to Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. We are looking to hire a motivated Quality Technician to join our team. SKILLS REQUIRED:

• GD&T / Blueprint reading / knowledge / experience for measurement and understanding
• Knowledge on how to use calipers, micrometers, gages (for measuring devices like CMM, OGP and Keyence is a plus)
• Quality department specific experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus

· A background in programming CMM measuring machine (Calypso Software), or a willingness to take external training courses.

• Computer software knowledge (MS Office etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability is a must
• Automotive Core Tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, CP…) is a plus

• Control of serial production parts (acc. to the specific inspection plan)
• Additional measurements / controls of parts to support production in case of any production issues
• Blocking suspected parts and placing them inside the hold area
• Supporting quality engineers in case of preparation of PPAP / Annual Layout documentation (measuring of parts, recording data, filling out dimensional reports etc.)
• Managing / supervising of measuring equipment
• Managing, creating, updating and optimizing measurement programs (software), for example: CMM Calypso, Keyence, OGP etc.
• Creating work instructions / one page forms as needed / requested
• Creating and updating inspection plans for parts (in cooperation with quality engineers)
• Carrying out an incoming inspection of deliveries acc. to the specific incoming inspection plan + recording data in the database
