COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Medical, Dental, Vision * Company Paid Life Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays * Tuition Reimbursement* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Complete work orders/travelers when they are scheduled to be finalized. * Utilizing ISO 9001/AS9100 standards. * Understand the production process in the various areas which include tape wrapping, cutting, and compression molding and hand layup of composites. * Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. * Mix and measure resin and adhesive. * Adjust temperature controls of ovens. * Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences. * Maintain production or processing equipment. * Use of upper body mobility, such as bending, use of arms and hands, and standing for the majority of the time. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * 2-3 years of experience preferred. * Ability to lift 50lbs. * Repetitive motion ITAR REQUIREMENTS: * To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Constant standing/walking/sitting for at least 8 hours. * Pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping or carrying up to 50 lbs. Min 35lbs. * Prolonged periods of repetitive movement are required. * Holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). * Occasional extending of arms to reach overhead, at shoulder level and below shoulder level. * Occasional forklift driving required.
