As a key contributor to our fulfillment team, you’ll ensure that every product is handled with care and every order is shipped with precision. If you’re looking for a hands-on role where your hard work directly impacts the customer, this is the place for you! Pay Range: $17.26 per hour Bonus: $1000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid half at 6-months and 12-months) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm What You’ll Do Order Fulfillment: Master the art of the "perfect pick." You’ll sort, prepare, and assemble customer orders, including case picking, lumping, and e-commerce fulfillment. Quality & Precision: Be our last line of defense. You’ll perform visual quality checks to verify quantities and ensure packaging meets our high standards. Inventory Integrity: Help keep our numbers right by assisting with physical inventories and cycle counts. Material Handling: Safely load and unload products and operate electric pallet jacks to keep the warehouse floor moving efficiently. Stay Safe: Follow all safety protocols, wear your PPE with pride, and keep the workspace clean and hazard-free. What You’ll Bring Experience: At least 6 months of general work experience. (Warehouse or logistics experience is a huge plus!) Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong attention to detail. Tech & Math: Basic math and reading skills. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or label printing is a bonus. Physical Stamina: You’re ready to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift. Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate respectfully with leads and supervisors. Physical Requirements & Environment This is an active, hands-on role. You will be: Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 10 hours). Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 pounds. Working in a noisy warehouse environment where safety is the #1 priority.
