Description Warehouse Clerk Taylor Logistics, Inc. is looking for an experience Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate receiving of products that includes working with customers on site, scheduling customers for delivery of shipment and ensuring the accuracy of unloading inbound trucks. Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Reporting Staff: None Alternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Lead Shift: First Shift Responsibilities: Provides clerical support in the receiving of product Ensures that all inbound product is counted correctly and received in the system accurately Helps to identify that the seal information is correct Works with transportation to schedule trucks in an efficient manner Complete knowledge of company Good Distribution Practices Responsible for Food Safety Receives bills from drivers and place on dock doors for unloading/loading Maintain acceptable unloading times of inbound trucks Requirements Requirements include: High attention to detail is a must High School diploma or equivalent Team player and motivated by team accomplishments Previous shipping clerk experience preferred Great communication with drivers, team members and managers Computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Systems and/or Synapse Warehouse Management is a plus
