Located in Bundall, Mod Hair GC is currently undergoing renovations into becoming a bigger new exciting salon and with that we are looking for a hard working reliable 1st year apprentice to join our busy team and be apart of our exciting transition! No previous hairdressing experience is needed as all training will be provided but experience is an advantage. Duties of a first year apprentice will include;

• Undergo a certificate III in hairdressing.

. * Assisting senior colleagues to deliver salon services.

• Greeting and preparing clients in readiness for hairdressing services.
• Preparing tools, equipment and products for services.
• Carrying out shampooing, conditioning treatments, removing colors.
• Answering the telephone, dealing with inquiries and making appointments.
• Processing client payments and appointments
• Making and serving refreshments for clients.
• Ensuring the salon is clean and tidy at the end of the day. and during the day.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or trainee-ship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
