Looking to employ a 1st year apprentice pastry chef for our patisserie located in Wetherill Park to join our team!
This is a full-time position with rotational weekends. This is an exciting opportunity to start your apprenticeship to develop your skills under the expert guidance of professional and experienced team!

Responsibilities
  • Baking a wide range of high-quality bakery products
  • Operating multiple machines. Training will be provided
  • Making different kind of dough, puff pastry and cakes
  • Preparing pastry fillings and desserts listed on the menu
  • Good knowledge of ingredients useful for pastry and cake making
  • Cleaning all equipment, utensils & working area
  • Sound understanding of WHS and food safety standard operations.
  • Have a team player attitude and takes direction from Head chef.
  • Be reliable, punctual, hardworking and able to work in a fast paced environment
