Job Details Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN Position Type: Part-Time Salary Range: $15.00 - $29.85 Hourly Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends) Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Prepare and serve all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk. Deliver food and beverages to Bingo players as requested. Operate kitchen equipment. Maintain portion control. Utilize proper stocking and rotation procedures. Operate Micros POS terminal. Assume responsibility for cash control. Follow proper cash handling procedures. Accept payment from guests. Balance cash drawer. Learn product logistics. Adhere to safety procedures. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlet on a daily basis. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous fast food experience preferred, but not required. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Highly self-motivated and dependable. Consistently high-performing. Knowledge of product and facility. Knowledge of sanitary practices. Safe and sanitary knife skills. Strong customer service skills. Able to work efficiently and independently. Able to follow recipes. Able to maintain a flexible schedule. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility throughout the facility. Able to work under stressful conditions. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to twist, bend and squat on a frequent basis. Able to lift up to 60 pounds on a periodic basis. Able to tolerate kitchen heat and congestion.
