Sales Associates: Sales Associates greet and assist customers, complete sales transactions, and keep the store clean and tidy. You will represent The Harvard Shop to everyone who enters the store. Responsibilities: Greet customers and answer any questions Assist customers with locating products and resolving complaints Complete sales transactions Ensure merchandise is well-folded and displayed Keep the store clean and tidy Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills Dependable and reliable Ability to maintain a clean and organized store Compensation: Base pay rate starts at $17.50/hour Performance-based promotions and bonuses available Stock Associates: Stock Associates tag, fold, and stock clothes for The Harvard Shop storefronts. You will process and bring large shipments of merchandise to the stores for sale. You will work in the HSA office to package, label, and ship orders, and handle customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
