We’re a busy construction company delivering quality residential projects across Melbourne. We’re looking for 2 Junior Labourers to start immediately. This is hands-on work with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidates.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, clean-up, and site preparation
• Carry and organise materials, tools, and equipment
• Run errands (pickups/deliveries from suppliers such as Reece, Beaumonts, Bunnings etc.)
• Provide general labour support on projects
• Keep worksites clean, tidy, and safe
• Work directly with the site supervisor as an extra set of hands on busy projects

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have a car + licence (travel between sites required)
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Fit for physical work (lifting, carrying, demo)
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, good with people
• No experience required – just the right work ethic
