JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to join our residential care home kitchen team to cover early shifts and late shifts over 7 days. including alternative weekends. The early shift is 8 am to 12 pm and late shifts will be 3 pm to 7 pm or 4 to 8 pm. Contracted hours are 20 hours contract and 16 hours contract or for the right candidate option of 2 x 8 hour contracts. Pay to be discussed
The ideal candidates will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
• Culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to develop their skills.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
