Health Insurance Stipend of $1000, $750, $500, $250 monthly plus $400 CEU credit annually if you qualify.
Bonuses awarded at the end of each year based on gross revenue of the clinic. YOU share in the revenue and we are proud to offer this to all of our staff clinicians whether you are full-time or part time.
We are ideally looking for someone to work up to scheduling 20-30 clients per week (you can set your own hours).
You will have keys to the office and can schedule whenever you wish.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for providing effective mental health intervention to assigned clients (children, adolescents and adults), coordinating with primary care physicians, referrers, insurance carriers or other agencies, completing and maintaining documentation and records.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed or limited licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D) and have completed all coursework for licensure
• Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity.
• A dynamic therapist who enjoys seeing a variety of clients is a PLUS!

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Livonia, MI 4815

• Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, in collaboration with clients determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include: children, adolescents, families, adults and elders.
• Presents timely treatment plans to electronic medical records software.
• Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.
• Works collaboratively with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clients.
• Completes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client. For example: assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries.
• Maintains current licensed status and, if applicable, obtains licensure as agreed upon hire. Adapts to new developments in field through continuing education.
• Must have basic computer skills: Ability to navigate the internet and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
