Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand * Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep. Specific Requirements: * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States * 18 years or older * Pass a background check * High school degree/GED * Bilingual is a plus * Current CPR and First Aid required * TB /PPD test required * Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance * Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time * Ability to travel within our service areas * Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone * Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal * Must have HHA/CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course Florida Background Screening Notice Pursuant to House Bill 531 (2025) and effective January 1, 2026, Florida requires employers to provide applicants with access to the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.
