2020 CONSENT ORDER DATA PROGRAM PM (FINANCE):

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a 2020 Consent Order Data Program PM (Finance) for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

2020 CONSENT ORDER DATA PROGRAM PM (FINANCE) - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related to the 2020 Consent Order. The PM is expected to provide project management support for the program by executing finance-related workstreams and ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.

2020 CONSENT ORDER DATA PROGRAM PM (FINANCE) - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Familiarity with liquidity, CCAR/DFAST, FR Y, RWA reporting, and Resolution planning.
• Experience with Capital Markets products and how they are represented in trade capture and ledger systems.
• Strong and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to investigate deeply into content.
• Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of collaboration across large organizations.
• Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project.

2020 CONSENT ORDER DATA PROGRAM PM (FINANCE) – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Data Lineage and Architecture experience.
• Experience on regulatory programs.
• Markets knowledge, such as risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products.
• Knowledge of Compliance functions such as AML, KYC.
• Big 4 experience.

• Execution of Finance related workstream partnering with business and Finance SMEs.
• Preparing concise Markets activity/progress reports adjusted to the audience.
• Providing check and challenge on activity/progress reports by other functions.
• Utilizing best practice PM methodology that fits stakeholders’ needs.
• Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets.
• Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines.
• Proactively tracking project progress against goals.
