As a Gorgon Village Supervisor - Transport, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the transportation operations within the Gorgon Village, a remote and captivating location on Barrow Island. This unique opportunity offers an unparalleled chance to work in a pristine natural environment while leading a team of dedicated transport professionals.

The Position

• Supervise the execution of safe and efficient transport activity.
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating staff.
• Managing the CVX light vehicle fleet
• Prepare reports for management.
• Develop and update industry knowledge.
• Strong communication skills
• Perform other duties as required by Management.
• Model high standards of behaviour performance.
• Strong computer skills
• Communicate with clients.
• Supervise driver training.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and fleet schedules.

The Person

• Strong computer skills (excel, word, power point and outlook)
• Competent Data entry and Administration
• Daily scheduling
• Operate a 52-seater coach (when required)
• Good time management
• Experience in similar role.
• Must have HR licence.
• Must have PTD (Passenger Transport Driver Authority)
