Role Summary Work in Global Operations Engineering (GOE) – Product & Test Engineering to support new product introduction (NPI) and volume ramp for Automotive In-vehicle Network Business Lines across Assembly & Test and external partners. Ensure that product performance, quality, and manufacturability meet end‑customer and manufacturing requirements from tape‑out to stable production till product End of life. Use structured problem‑solving and data analysis to drive yield, quality, and test robustness improvements together with BL, site and OSAT teams. Job Responsibilities New Product Introduction & Industrialization Work with multi‑disciplinary teams (Design, Application, Test/product NPI, Assembly & Test sites, OSATs) on product during production phase. Own part of the Product Engineering scope as early involve for NPI projects: characterization, sampling, qualification, and ramp to mass production. Ensure industrial producibility and robust test coverage during volume ramp‑up. Test & Data Analysis Interface with Test Engineering to ensure that manufacturing and qualification test programs cover all quality standards and product requirements. Perform test data and yield analysis (STDF and related data) to verify product performance against datasheet and to identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to test / product data reviews for Backend manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement. Manufacturing & Cross‑Site Support Support Assembly & Test plants and OSATs as GOE Product Engineer on issues related to product performance, test behavior, yield, and quality. Participate in backend manufacturing readiness and Safe Launch activities as part of the extended product / NPI team. Collaborate closely with BL Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Assembly Engineers, Site Operations, Quality and Planners as part of global project teams. Continuous Improvement & Methods Keep up to date with new testing methods and technologies, and contribute to deployment of improved test methodologies, data analysis flows, and best practices within GOE. Support standardization of flows, documentation, and dashboards used by GOE Product & Test Engineering. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Interest in New Product Introduction and high‑volume manufacturing (Assembly & Test / OSAT environment). Good communication and presentation skills to work cross‑functionally and across sites. Strong ownership mindset, result orientation, and problem‑solving attitude.
