NCG Test Engineer Company: NXP Semiconductors Thailand --- Job Summary As a NCG (New College Graduate) Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, you will be instrumental in the development and validation of cutting-edge semiconductor products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and execution of test solutions for various NXP technologies, contributing to the quality and reliability of our next-generation devices. Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and debug test programs, test patterns, and test fixtures for semiconductor devices. * Perform functional and parametric testing of integrated circuits (ICs) at various stages of the product lifecycle (wafer sort, package test, final test). * Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and propose solutions for yield improvement and defect reduction. * Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure testability and manufacturability of new products. * Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports. * Participate in the evaluation and selection of new test equipment and methodologies. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the test engineering team. * Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the testing process. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering. * Strong understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits. * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C++, Python, Verilog, VHDL). * Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes is a plus. * Basic knowledge of ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) is desirable but not required. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges. * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development.
