The Fort St. John Association for Community Living (FSJACL) is a non-profit agency committed to providing quality support to adults with developmental disabilities in the Fort St. John and District since 1960. As a CARF accredited agency, FSJACL boasts a professional staff team of over 80 employees dedicated to offering quality services and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Collaboration with community partners is integral to achieving the organization’s vision of inclusion for all.
The Community Connections Inclusion program provides life skills to adult individuals living with developmental disabilities. The program addresses a wide range of needs and interests, including communication and social skills, physical development and health, community participation, employment, and independent living.
Community Inclusion offers supports tailored to individual’s personal needs. This program supports individuals ranging from nineteen to eighty years old.

Requirements:
This is a temporary position, with staff needing to be available to work weekdays, and weekends/evenings as needed. Shifts range between 7.5 and 8 hours day on average.
This is a BCGEU unionized position, Grid level 10. ($25.95-$29.76/ hour, based on seniority or equivalent experience.)
