Job Description Schedule: Night Shift The Position The Contingent Workforce Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s contingent labor programs through effective use of workforce management tools. This role involves data analysis, reporting, administrative support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient and compliant management of contingent workers. Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain data accuracy within the contingent workforce management system, preferably VNDLY, with familiarity of other tools such as Fieldglass or Beeline. Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to provide insights into contingent workforce performance and metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards in VNDLY to monitor key KPIs and support decision-making processes. Perform administrative activities within the VNDLY platform, including system configuration assistance and data management, to ensure high data quality standards. Support onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative tasks related to contingent workers. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements. Assist with system configurations and troubleshooting from an administrative perspective, without requiring coding or development skills. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency. Provide support to users of the system, fostering a smooth and informed user experience through effective communication. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience Experience working with contingent workforce management tools, preferably VNDLY; familiarity with other platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline is a plus. Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is highly beneficial. Strong proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support and interact comfortably with system users. Strong technology affinity, with the ability to quickly learn and support system functionalities. Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Prior experience with report generation, dashboard creation, and data quality management. Desired Skills: Familiarity with vendor management and compliance requirements. Ability to assist with system configurations and operational troubleshooting from an administrative perspective. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR. Additional Information Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
