Description

The Veteran Experienced Talent (VET) Program is a 6-week direct hire program dedicated to hiring military talent. Veterans are hired as full-time employees and will receive support and coaching aimed at supporting transition into Wells Fargo. The program includes a two-day Military Orientation led by the Military Talent Strategic Sourcing (MTSS) Team or Learning and Development Facilitators. Weekly professional development sessions are held to ease transition, network, and build camaraderie within the cohort. In addition, VET Program Alumni are available to mentor and support hires.
If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working hard to achieve a goal, learning new things, and improving yourself, the VET Program is a great fit for you. Successful candidates are team-players who work well in a collaborative environment and have strong situational analysis skills. All ranks are encouraged to apply however this program is NOT DOD SkillBridge eligible since it’s a Wells Fargo paid program.
We believe each of our employees offer something extraordinary and we consider military experience a tremendous asset to our work environment. That’s why we’re committed to hiring military veterans, veterans with disabilities, military families, and active military Reserve and National Guard personnel.
