Description

The Veteran Experienced Talent (VET) Program is a 6-week direct hire program dedicated to hiring military talent. Veterans are hired as full-time employees and will receive support and coaching aimed at supporting transition into Wells Fargo. The program includes a two-day Military Orientation led by the Military Talent Strategic Sourcing (MTSS) Team or Learning and Development Facilitators. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working hard to achieve a goal, learning new things, and improving yourself, the VET Program is a great fit for you. Successful candidates are team-players who work well in a collaborative environment and have strong situational analysis skills. All ranks are encouraged to apply however this program is NOT DOD SkillBridge eligible since it’s a Wells Fargo paid program.
