Undergraduate Intern / Co-op Program Overview-

  • 6 month intern/co-op within a functional area of MKS Instruments that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.

Summary & Objectives:
MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional Intern Planner to join the team. In this position, you will:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling the workflow for each production department;
  • Establishing the completion deadline for each operation according to the RC (route card) so that the confirmed delivery deadline is reached;
  • Informs the boss directly in a timely manner about possible production delays that may affect the delivery deadline;
  • Issue production orders through SAP, and monitor their execution in accordance with the established deadline;
  • It is ensured that the semi-finished products from the warehouse reach the first operation passed in the routing;
  • Takes care of sorting and putting into production the parts that need to be fixed;

Required Skills:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Polytechnic University or Economics or relevant majors
  • Excel knowledge
  • Detail oriented person
  • English language medium

Competencies:

  • Highly organized competence in accordance with his/ her duties;
  • Communication skills on matrix level;
  • Persuasive mind set.
