Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of a national digital and media campaign to raise awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to support the adoption of Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) technology to improve transfusion safety.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from communications, marketing, public affairs, and medical departments to ensure alignment across various channels and messaging.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, blogs, email campaigns, etc.) that highlights the life-saving impact of blood donation and the importance of blood testing through NAT. Share real stories from donors, recipients, and healthcare professionals to inspire action and emphasize the critical role of blood donation in the health system.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on best practices for blood donation campaigns, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Gain exposure to Roche’s sustainability initiatives and explore how these efforts align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
  • Learning & Mentorship: Be mentored by industry experts and experience a dynamic learning environment to build your communication skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry.
