TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

This Apprenticeship is an 16-month programme where you will be provided with on the job training and a highly competitive study support package. You will be fully supported by WTW and our official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.

The successful candidate will acquire a comprehensive skills et enabling them to:

  • Investigate complex business situations
  • Model intricate business processes and data flows
  • Expertly gather and document requirements
  • Conduction in-depth gap analyses
  • Strategically address and mitigate risks
  • Develop through impact assessments for organisational change initiatives

THE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful apprentice will have a interest in the world of Business Analytics and really want to develop their knowledge and understanding of key business concepts and techniques that help organisations transform.

  • Level 3 in an STEM/Digital related subject (e.g. A Level, or BTEC Level 3)
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) in any subject at grade A-C including Maths and English
  • IT literate
  • STEM subjects would be beneficial to your application
  • Excellent communications skills written and verbal
  • Ability to travel to the Ipswich office
Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Challenge and identify process improvements
  • Design, develop, document and implement projects and business improvements
  • Develop support and eLearning materials
  • Support Development of Software Features
  • Document current business processes and assist in development of options and recommendation for change
  • Undertake requirements assessment with stakeholders to identify business and user needs
  • Identify data requirements relating to business improvement
  • Define acceptance criteria for business and system changes and support business acceptance
  • Support demonstrations of new system functionality
  • Support commercial teams during technical pre-sales discussions
  • Identify and evaluate business improvement opportunities
  • Provide support and guidance through User Acceptance Testing, creation of test scripts, analyse and prioritisation of defects
  • Help ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost and quality parameter
