As a Working Student in the Frankfurt Securities Services - Custody Middle Office team, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Frankfurt.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • Fluency in German and in English
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and time management skills
  • Ambitious, hard-working and self-motivated
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team-player personality

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares clients’ activity in unit deals and distributions for German Special Funds
  • Delivers unit deal details to internal teams
  • Maintains the transaction overview
  • Manages e-mail inboxes for the team
  • Ensure quality assurance, checks if all bookings have been processed
  • Creates and submits daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management
  • Supports other teams in Custody Middle Office if required
  • Completes project-related tasks depending on workload
