Job Description The Compliance LMS Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the administration and launch of Compliance courses through Arch U, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees, timely delivery of courses, and accurate tracking of compliance training. This role requires LMS administration skills, user support, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver effective compliance training programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Compliance, with oversight from the Compliance Specialist. Qualifications Administer and monitor mandatory compliance training programs across the organization. Ensure accurate assignments, creation and notifications of courses based on training requirements and job roles. Collaborate with other LMS administrators and business unit compliance teams. Provide technical support to learners and compliance teams. Generate compliance reports for compliance officers, internal audit reviews, and executive dashboards. Maintain accurate training completion records. Follow up with employees to ensure timely completion of training. Partner with L&D and business segments to identify improvements and recommend enhancements to employee experience in Arch U. Ensure LMS integration with HRIS and other compliance systems for accurate employee data. Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly. Additional Information BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology degree, Data Analytics or equivalent
