Job Description Schedule: Mid Shift Mid Finance analyst (reporting) is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports with actionable insights for the wider credit control team. It is key to be flexible as the tasks may change. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and passionate about turning data into strategy. Job Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports that will be used by the wider credit control team. Perform trend analysis and create commentaries based on data to support strategic planning and financial results. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide support for audits. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: 3-6 years working experience in financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization) Experience in using PowerBI is a positive but not essential. General Insurance background is a positive but not essential. London Market Insurance is a positive but not essential. Analytical problem-solving approach, ability to identify and investigate problems, creating and implementing solutions, decision making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sound customer service skills. Conversing with external clients. Good attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised, prioritize, time management skills and meeting deadlines, pro-active and team player.
