Job Description Junior Finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. It is key to be flexible as the tasks may change and be added to. It will be key to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and it will be expected that the analyst will bring ideas to the Arch team by utilizing their expertise or previous experience. Responsibilities: Execute daily operational activity for the collection and resolution of outstanding premium. Chase outstanding premiums from Brokers as per the Company Procedure achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Annual KPI’s. Process bureau settlement into IRIS and process cash allocation. Create front sheets and process cash allocation for non-bureau premium Join special projects within Finance to be cross-functional Communicate directly with Underwriters and Brokers for complex accounts Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to progress collection process. Qualifications General Insurance Credit Control and/or Insurance cash application background. London Market Insurance experience (in particular, Lloyd’s systems LAE, LPC, LORS) is desirable. Analytical problem-solving approach, ability to identify and investigate problems, creating and implementing solutions, decision making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sound customer service skills. Conversing with external clients. Good attention to detail. Professional in manner and presentation. Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise, time management skills and meeting deadlines, pro-active and team player. Knowledge of and experience with IRIS system is a positive but not essential Additional Information Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
The Junior Finance Analyst is responsible for executing daily operational activities related to the collection and resolution of outstanding premiums, including chasing brokers to meet KPIs.
