Job Description This role will join the central global treasury practice, focusing on the establishment of insurance/reinsurance collateral management practices for group companies aimed at increasing the scalability and automation of collateral management and process improvement across the group. Role will require the ability to support process change improvements that are compliant with group policies and controls. Position requires coordination with internal customers and stakeholders. Support implementation, administer and monitor collateral management processes, including regular reporting, and administration. Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals. Coordinate documentation relating to third party contacts (trustees, banks, state departments, reinsurers.). Maintain and organize records and company databases. Provide support for collateral matters across functional teams and business units. Assist with monitoring collateral and state deposits accounts. Support and monitor controls for collateral management including. Identify and report issues relating to Insurance/reinsurance trust accounts. Qualifications Knowledge & Skills: Prior experience in collateral management practices and methods. Analytical, problem solving, and planning skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and provide business support. Excellent communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interface with internal/external contacts. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Achieved or working toward a professional qualification in treasury or broader finance field desirable. Additional Information Required experience would typically be acquired through a BA in Finance or related fields and 3-5 years general finance experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and administer insurance and reinsurance collateral management practices to increase scalability and automation across the group. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party contacts to monitor trust accounts and report progress metrics.
