Description Admissions Greeter Age - 15+ Position Snapshot: Our Admissions staff is one of the most important areas of our park. The Admissions department is the very first department that our guests encounter when they enter the park. For this reason, we MUST make a good first impression. In this department as well as in the whole park, image and attitude are very important. We are looking for friendly, outgoing Cashiers and Greeters for our front gate area of the park. Greeters are there to direct and assist guests waiting in line. Greeters will assist with putting on and checking wristbands. They should also help guests adhere to park rules, and answer questions promptly and accurately Minimum Qualifications: Must be 15+ years old Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Answer questions, ensure quality service and resolve complaints Communicate well with coworkers, guests, and corresponding supervision channels Wipe off counters, sweep, empty trash and complete other general cleaning duties Provide guest service according to OC Waterpark standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with OC Waterpark safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and a minimum of two holiday periods to meet business needs Meets OC Waterpark's attendance requirements as outlined in OC Waterpark's attendance policies Adhere to OC Waterpark's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures Other duties may be assigned We’re looking for: A genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature Keen to be a part of something you believe in, providing fun while having fun at work Openness to learn, grow and develop skills Commitment to your team by being on time and working scheduled shifts Desire to be outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions EOE
