Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Events and Experiences Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping client-facing and internal events. From the planning stages to event execution, you’ll support the Events and Experiences department every step of the way, collaborating with our Creative, Marketing, and Management Consulting departments to ensure events run smoothly.
We’re looking for individuals with an interest in event strategy, experiential marketing, and audience engagement, with a background in logistic coordination and event planning. We work in a spirited, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in this setting.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Support team members to develop, manage, and execute event initiatives.
  • Assist senior-level management on current and future client projects.
  • Communicate with vendors and foster strategies for successful client outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams and client departments to move projects forward.
  • Contribute to reaching organizational goals by being flexible and working in a team.
  • Meet tight deadlines successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-task on projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting information to key stakeholders.
