2026 APAC Graduate Programme – Information Technology & Operations – Singapore
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services.
For: Final year students or recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized university

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:
Assist to render functional analysis on project and deployment matters e.g. planning, quality assurance, manage requirement / constraint / risks / issues, stakeholder update and management, testing
Collaborate with service providers and fellow colleagues to deliver quality services and solutions to project or sponsoring stakeholders
Participate and contribute to studies, methodologies adopted by the department, also to understand and apply these standards
Risks and issues monitoring on quality, delay and cost. Reporting of any major issue or deviation to management
Liaise with end users to produce/refine business specifications
Define and produce functional and/or technical testing plans and participate in user acceptance testing
Liaise with Development, Front Office and Operations teams to ensure accurate functional coverage and validate test scenarios
Follow-up with development teams on the implementation and rollout of new features
Manage and escalate risks and issues
As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will:
Deployment and support of critical applications using web application and file transfer technologies
Products includes : IBM WAS / JBOSS EAP + EWS / IBM MQ / IBM CD / Axway ST / Axway CFT

Services & system deployment: Implement change and set up UNIX infrastructure in APAC ( SG, HK, JP, AU):
Install and configure different type of the UNIX/LINUX Physical and Virtual servers( AIX/RedHat/Solaris)
Setup and configure system level monitoring
Server patching implementation and Validation
Server configuration management and capacity planning, optimization
Provide Day to Day Level 1 support and preventative maintenance on the UNIX/Linux servers in APAC
As an IT Developer, you will:
Possess knowledge in C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, kdb or other functional and programming languages, with experience in big data is a plus.
Technically specify, develop, test and maintain front-office trading systems for several trading desks: options market making / market fit / volatility trading, ETF market making, basket trading, auto-hedging, warrants contribution, including monitoring tools for regulatory related matters;
Work closely with internal IT staff to support the trading systems and day-to-day usage;
Partner with other IT and project management teams in strategic projects, collaborate business users for system implementation and requirement gathering;
Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementation, sufficient regular controls.
Enhance resiliency, stability and usability of FAST to sustain all APAC front-office desks.
Implement IT solutions within the framework of the technology strategy of BNPP
Work with outside vendors, if necessary, to provide the effective solutions
As an IT Security Analyst, you will:
Deliver IT Security Risk, with focus on new and existing application of the Bank and utilizing Agile techniques in DevSecOps.
Responsible for security risk assessments on new and existing applications to ensure strong risk management strategies, tools, frameworks and standards are in place.
Identify and provide analysis and recommendations for IT security risks, and track corrective actions performed by the business thru risk exception process.
Provide accurate and timely reports to demonstrate individual and team activities and progress.
Work closely with IT and business representatives to drive risk assessment and remediation.
Participate in audits to establish compliance with security policy and APAC country regulations.
As a PMO, you will:
As part of the IT project lifecycle, support the project managers on the project demand review, project registration (project creation/cost simulator review/project costs input/baseline input) and coordinate required governance meetings.
Provide decision-making support to project managers, project portfolio managers, program managers, and senior management.
Ensure reliable and commented reporting with necessary alerts and recommendations on milestones, financials, and other key metrics.
Contribute to Global and APAC portfolio alignment meetings.
Contribute to the PMO community within the entity.
Contribute to budget exercise (consolidation of Budget needs, new projects, allocation methodology, etc.).
Support preparation of various reports and presentations (analyze variation, Budget presentation, Function to Métier, etc.).
Liaise with relevant stakeholders including project managers, finance teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
