Business & Market Research: Assist in research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation best practices. Discovery & Workshop Preparation: Support workshops and session analysis that inform future innovation opportunities. Client Engagement Support: Prepare client packs and presentation materials for workshops and engagement activities. Innovation Process Support: Assist in collaboration with cross functional teams' innovation administration, strategy and ad-hoc request. Ad-hoc project: From time to time, you will be requested to support ad-hoc project and initiatives. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Strategy or Administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details. Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities. Familiarity in innovation frameworks, design thinking or agile methodologies is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Figjam, and Miro is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
