What is JetZero? Today’s aircraft contribute around 4% of global CO2 emissions, equivalent to the emissions of 200 million cars. This is only going to increase: Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall. JetZero is developing a blended-wing body (BWB) aircraft. It uses up to 50% less fuel and will be built to accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. JetZero is the inevitable solution to sustainable air travel. The JetZero team We are experienced aerospace professionals and engineers, excited about the future. What You'll Do JetZero is seeking talented summer interns to join our team in one of three key areas: Finance, Investor Relations, or Marketing. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our efforts to revolutionize sustainable aviation through our innovative blended wing body aircraft technology. You will work alongside experienced professionals in your chosen function while learning about the aerospace industry and contributing to meaningful projects. Applications for our 2026 Internship program will close on March 27th, 2026 Finance Internship Track What You'll Do: Support financial modeling, analysis, and reporting processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Help prepare financial materials for leadership reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance team Complete a summer project focused on financial analysis or process enhancement Investor Relations Internship Track What You'll Do: Support the development of investor presentations and materials Assist with capital raising activities and stakeholder communications Help with market research and competitive analysis Contribute to the organization of investor meetings and events Assist with financial data compilation for investor discussions Complete a summer project focused on investor strategy or market analysis Marketing Internship Track What You'll Do: Support content creation for various marketing channels Assist with social media strategy and implementation Help develop marketing materials that showcase our sustainable aviation technology Contribute to industry event planning and execution Support brand development initiatives Complete a summer project focused on marketing strategy or content development What You'll Bring You are passionate about accelerating the future of aerospace and crave the opportunity to join a team of like-minded individuals. Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a relevant degree Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in Excel, Databases, Data Analytics a plus Interest in aviation or aerospace Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Internship Overview Duration: 10-12 weeks Location: Long Beach, CA Work Model: In Person Compensation: Our compensation for this role is $25-$35/hr. We consider a number of factors when presenting a final offer, including geography, internal equity and years of experience and expertise. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners. The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view JetZero from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more. Depeneding on the position you are interviewing for, there may also be a Take Home Exercise as part of the interview proccess. Our assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job.
