Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位目的（JOB PURPOSE）负责推动工厂在以下关键供应链指标上达成公司目标：库存降低（Inventory Reduction）库存周转提升（Inventory Turns）订单到交付周期改善（Order-to-Delivery）制定并实施： PFEP（Plan for Every Part，每个物料计划）拉动式补货（Pull Replenishment）生产效率与物流吞吐提升自动化物流方案的规划及实施（不限于AGV/ASRS）岗位职责（JOB DUTIES） 1. 供应链规划与落地推动实现公司供应链绩效目标（库存、周转率、交付周期）参与部署供应链规划流程（Supply Chain Planning Process）制定每个零件的PFEP规划及拉动补货策略 2. 精益物流与工厂改善参与跨部门团队，设计精益物料流方案（Lean material flow）参与自动化物流方案的设计及实施优化内容包括：产线布局（Factory layout）线边供料方式（Point of Use）在不影响生产的前提下推动变革落地 3. 数据分析与建模收集并分析需求数据（120个工作日滚动需求）分析需求波动（Demand variability）分析供应商交付表现（时间与数量波动）设计工厂物料流入的整体方案，包括自动化物流方向物流方案的建模模拟及数字孪生设计（优先） AI及编程能力（优先） 4.
