If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are keen to make a tangible impact, we would like to hear from you.  Candidates should be available to start the graduate programme on 6 July 2026.    Required skills and capabilities:  * Shows genuine interest in asset management and current market trends, with the ability to discuss the impact of economic events on investments and form well-reasoned opinions on commercial or financial matters.  * Demonstrates moderate understanding of finance, able to discuss macro-level topics with clients and articulate insights effectively. * Acts as a self-starter who is driven and passionate, willingly takes initiatives, and seeks out opportunities - evidenced by leading or launching projects, societies, or volunteering activities.  * Maintains composure and methodical thinking under pressure, balancing commitments and delivering results even in high-pressure environments.  * Confident, authentic communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, present clearly, and build rapport - whether in person, over the phone, or in client-facing situations.  * Manages time, tasks, and expectations effectively, demonstrating event or project coordination skills, diary management, and successful use of organisational tools.  * Analytical and resourceful, quickly understands client issues, listens actively, and identifies practical, effective solutions using available tools and networks.  * Works well in teams, prioritises client needs, and develops strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional network.    The team:  Client Group brings together our key client-facing functions including Sales, Client Service, Product and Marketing. These teams are based both centrally in our London headquarters and globally across our network of 38 locations around the world. Our clients range from official institutions and pension schemes to family offices and wealth intermediaries globally. Responsibilities
Participate in a two-year rotational programme across Sales, Client Service, Product, and Marketing functions. Focus on solving client challenges and building strong relationships with institutional and individual investors.
