Our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme is made up of 2 year-long rotations that will give you a well-rounded holistic view of Sales and Marketing, ensuring that when you roll off the scheme, you have all of the tools and knowledge to be successful in either National Account Management or Brand Management. Both of your rotations will be based in our UKI office in Slough, Berkshire.
At the end of the 2 year scheme you will transition into a full time permanent role in either sales or marketing.
Please note that the scheme will begin on September 1st 2026.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In summary, you’ll:
Support the National Accounts Team on implementing the joint business plans for your account portfolio.
Conduct regular analysis and present monthly performance reviews, share insights, and recommended actions.
Achieve net revenue, gross margin, 4P targets (product, placement, price & promotion) and net working capital targets for a specified account.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas for brand growth and elevate market presence.
Work with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability, and promotional compliance.
