About the DWS P.A.C.E. program Our 2 year DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance. About the Client Coverage division The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. We’re looking for: Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators Driven and committed graduates A team player with a curious mind Someone with a keen interest in financial services; and Must have graduated or be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2025 or 2026. Must be available to start on the 7th September 2026.
