JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development, implementation and support of human resources strategies to support our employees, business objectives, processes, communications, policies, procedures, and services; as well as, partnering with internal customers to provide guidance and support for a wide variety of human resources activities.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally. Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas. Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices. Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs. Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • People Development: Administer the company’s leadership and people development programs. Assess programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals. Focus areas include performance management, career development, talent review, leadership development, employee training, high potential development programs and organizational design.
  • Compensation: Provide compensation planning support and guidance to leaders. Conducts research and analysis such as compensation statistics and market analysis. Duties include conducting position evaluations, job classifications and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. Design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures. A primary contact for Rewards Planner.
  • Employee Relations / Compliance: Provide counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices. Completes research and due diligence in an effort to mitigate risk. Assists and/or advises management concerning performance improvement and appropriate action.
  • HR Business Partner: Partners with internal customers from the functional areas to provide guidance and support with business strategies, processes, communications, policies, procedures, and services for a wide variety of human resources activities.
  • Global HRBP: Ensures compliance with the diverse labor laws of other countries and must be able to interact with a diverse, wide-ranging group of managers and employees all while working towards the organization’s objectives.
  • Labor Relations: Administers the Collective Bargaining agreement. Counsel and advise the HRBPs on discipline and grievance resolution. Work with the Plant Chairs and Business Representatives on the grievance resolution.
  • HR Operations: Supports the HR organization in leveraging technology, driving automation, providing data analytics and supporting program management initiatives, to enhance HR processes that impact the overall employee experience and drives innovation within the HR function.
