We are seeking a talented, motivated, and innovative Graduate to join our dynamic and high-performing Civil, Environmental and Closure teams in Perth for 2026! Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes. Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings. Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering or Civil / Geotechnical Engineering. Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment Additional Information Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, and values-led workplace.
